Far better place to get your license than Hays. Hays has the most unfriendly and rude people .I recommend anyone renewing license to go here.

This office goes above and beyond in service. We needed to get a new license since we lost ours and because of covid I was told the Hays office was almost October for appts and then Phillipsburg was around Sept 14. I had expressed satisfaction considering my brother needed and ID to get a job and he recently lost his in the move. Once I told them that, they said how about tomorrow at 330? Wow. We went there today for our 330 appt, they were super nice, helpful, and efficient and even offered to help me with my license address while I was there. Thanks a lot!

What for to get your Kansas Drivers License. Depends. If your license has been revoked, suspended or lost to having a DWI or you are just getting a license for the first time then yes. But if your just renewing it or changing it to Kansas from another state. Then the answer is no.
What is the price for address change and what do I need to bring and or do
They prefer that you call and set up an appointment, and by doing so it gives you priority.
