This place is great. They have the shop set up really cute, it's not just books. I always find nearly new items for gifts. The prices are always reasonable.

This review is for donating items to the donation center. Note that donation hours are different from store hours. Donation center is CLOSED on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. They are only open 10am-5pm on Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sun. That said, if you plan to donate, you should come AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. It doesn't say this on the sdgoodwill.org website, but the donation center may close early if full. I tried to donate items on Monday and arrived at 4:15 PM but the garage door was closed already (normally, it would just be open). When I went inside to ask, they said they were already full so closed early. That's understandable since they only have so much space. My 3 stars is to request that they put this on the website and recommend people come early if they can since it is a first-come-first-serve type situation.
