This clinic is "usually" 1 of the fastest and more oganized clinics out there. Not sure what happened to the place but I had the worst experience of my life there today. Arrived at 9am and at 1:30 p.m. 4 hours later I was barely finishing with the counselor. It took the front desk more than an hour and a half to input three pieces of paper have me sign them in the computer. I paid $90 and only had the nurse and couselor left and then I'd be dosing. I spent the next hour with the nurse, nurse practitioner and got my 21 day schedule. Next the counselor of course took the longest and LITERALLY right when I'm signing docs and it's been over 4 hours and I was the only intake. The nurse comes in and says since I had been prescrubed 10 Ssuboxone strips 2 weeks prior I couldn't get on the program. Now mind you I'm 30 sec away from dosing, been here over 4 hours, it's Friday and now I can't get on the program? SERIOUSLY? I even had the meds with me and was going to flush them down the toilet the nurse practitioner still said no. What makes absolutely no sense to me, why take my money, why waste 4 hours of my time, only 30 seconds before I'm getting ready to dose, then you tell me "oh sorry we can't let you on because the prescription that's in your car that you're going to flush down the toilet I'm afraid that you're going to take them after you get on the program"! WTF? Who in their right mind would take suboxone after taking methadone? It was the most Mickey mouse bunch of BS I've ever been put through in my entire life! what was once an incredible Clinic is now just absolute bottom of the barrel, run by clowns. Cause there really NOT trying to help people with how I was treated today. Yet again even at almost 50yrs old was treated today like no more than a gutter junky trying to manipulate everything and everyone to get what? To get meds that if I take em with the ones I have I'll end up in the hospital? Or better yet the ones that were going to get flushed? Yeah NOT TRYING TO HELP ANYONE THAT'S FOR SURE. IF THERE WAS A MINUS 5 STARS that's not minus enough to describe the mind @#$& that they put me through today!

Besides the hours on the weekends I have found this office to be very nice . The staff are all very helpful and friendly and as time passes they grow on ya . They are very helpful with making treatment plans and goals toward your future success . Just as any program you have to meet them halfway and want to be better and live healthy . I give mission treatment service in Escondido a 10 out of 5 🌟 for their overall sincere compassion in helping others to find their way and live their lives to the fullest if that is what they wish themselves .
