Most of the time the ladies that work here are just sitting down not doing anything . That’s why it’s such a long wait and that’s why they are all over weight. This place is very very unprofessional. Wow

Two stars is generous, but had to give all the staff I encountered credit. We arrived at this urgent care 12/15/20 at 0930 and FINALLY left at 5:20pm. It was a 3 hour wait just to be taken back to exam room. There did not appear to be THAT many people waiting. New people that walked in were told it was about a 2 hour wait. A few waited a short bit and then left. I have no complaints about the care I received. I just think a 7 hr hour visit to urgent care is most ridiculous. I did have to have x-rays and a CT scan done, so that was a potential 40+ minute wait for results. The order for the CT was incorrect (wrong area of head......needed to be the mandible, not upper sinuses), but tech was able to change it. For whatever reason, pre COVID, there were 2 docs that saw patients. Since COVID, they have just 1 (one) doc. Crazy. Let's pack the waiting area with more people. The other complaint I have is that 2 prescriptions were ordered but only one was called in. To not have an antibiotic called in, when infection was an issue, was a major faux pas. Oh! AND, the front desk person handed me my paperwork, making a point to state that if I had questions, to call "this number". Well, had to call soon as we got in the car as we had no idea where the pharmacy was located (being from out of state). It was just ONE MORE THING to hear the recording, "this number is no longer in use". The one positive to that excessively long wait is that my husband made new friends! Another couple, sitting is same area, had to wait 3 hours as well......with a bladder infection no less:{ Can you imagine?? I think this group needs to consult Asante Medical up in Grants Pass, Oregon. I was seen there for a bladder infection and was in and out in 30 minutes. Asante runs a great organization and this Arch Group could clearly benefit from a conversation with them. Would I go here again? NO.

I came here last month for the first time, amazing staff, didn't wait for a long time. Dr. Joseph Fiory was amazing, took a long time to hear all the details about my case and gave me the right medicine for the infection and cough. He is an amazing doctor, never saw such a doctor cares about his patients like that. Bless all of you guys.

Had to bring my frail, elderly mother to Urgent Care in Poway (located behind Pomerado Hospital) on Saturday, 12/21/2019. As a nurse myself, I was very pleased with our visit. Dr. Fiore, the medical staff, and the receptionists were all very kind and respectful. There was a much shorter wait than I expected: only 2 hours from check-in to departure, and there were easily 8 or 10 patients ahead of us. Many thanks to everyone!
