(Updated after biz reply) Big crowd, but only running 2 of the 8 lanes. They said it is a snow issue when I asked (and now possible machine issue, see reply), but snow was fine, and plenty of it. They were running all 8 lanes the following day when I drove by, but no new snow had been made. It’s 100% a staffing/management issue. Fun, but not worth it at this snails pace, unless you get lucky and pick a day when they open enough lanes to handle the crowd. My 7-yr old got bored from continually waiting in long lines, so we bailed early and didn’t get our $ worth.

Went with family and had a blast. The cost was $35 per person and this allowed as many trips down the mountain as were possible within a (2) hour window.

Visiting from Florida. Kids loved it ordered tickets online so when we got there just had to check in and get our passes. Lines weren’t long for us.

It’s been 1 year today since I went here and I gotta say it was the most fun I’ve had. I went to Asheville for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Then drove down here to the best tubing place. It was so fun going so fast down the snow/ice and crashing into the barrier. FYI the barrier is super soft. When I went there was like a 200 person line but it went very quick. People running this definitely deserve your business for such a great establishment!
