The positive: The lady at the check in was very sweet. The view of the creek is wonderful from the back deck. The negatives: Our room was not clean and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Do not stay here if cigarette smoke bothers you.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, pool area was very maintained also had a net play ground for kids! Local to a lot a of things. Room was overall clean and bed was great! Only giving 3 stars due to the floors not seeming to have been swept during cleaning as well as quite a few left over long black hair in the spa tub that concerned us it wasn’t cleaned properly having to rush out to find tub cleaner at 9pm :( Would definitely visit again

Awesome spot in Maggie Valley! Totally enjoyed every aspect. The beds comfy, room clean and just enough space since we just were there to rest our heads. My kid loved the creek outback of the room and we loved all the different sitting areas next to the creek. No breakfast provided, but Joeys across the street is an amazing spot. 100% would return as we wanted for nothing else and got just what we expected.

For our first visit we were given a free room upgrade to a room with a river view and balcony! The balcony was great for our 2 kids, especially with it being screened in! Great safety feature and kept our 1 year old from throwing objects off the balcony! Very clean room with comfortable beds. We also appreciated the pool and playground. We will definitely be back!
