Our previous accommodation cancelled our room and gave it away when we didn't check in at 3pm. Called Ramada, got a room quickly with a late check in. When we showed up, the clerk was very professional and extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, fridge was already cold and after 13 hours of travel was like heaven! Water pressure in shower was spectacular and plenty of hot water for 2 weary travelers. Next morning asked if they had availability to extend our stay, no problems! Day 2 - went to see front desk clerk to extend our stay again, again they made it happen with a smile and super quickly. Continental breakfast was better than 98% of places comparatively. Fresh fruit, yogurt, creal, waffles, eggs, sausage, bagel, muffins, juices, milk and the BEST hotel coffee I've ever had. *Only negative I comment I have - hot tub was not working and pool was quite chilly. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely the worst. Wasn't even in their for 20 minutes. Room smelled like smoke, stains on bed, rings around toilet. We have called numerous times just to be told the manager wasn’t their. I have noticed when you comment after these numerous reviews that people have experienced, you don’t seem to care at all. Quality inn was our next visit and was amazing! If I could I wouldn’t even rate this a 1. We will not be coming back to this.horrible hotel..

Simple, small, well taken care of.. even a small details like the room doors close and open smoothly.. easy access to everything Maggie valley. Even the guest.. make you feel like they know you.. and your on an adventure with them.. got the creek side room.. and wow so nice waking up and having coffee... With this view

This is the sorriest hotel. We called to reserve the room and got told they had a heated pool and hot tub. Made us pay for the room upfront and when we arrived. There pool and hottub has not been vacant since covid started 2 years ago. We checked out like 10 mins after arriving . The lady said all I would have to do is talk to the manager Paul Patel and he would refund us our money for being lied too. I have called him multiple times and left messages and he will not return my call and we still have not been refunded our money. This place is a joke do not stay here .

My husband stayed a few weeks ago. Never had an issue. Clean hotel and staff was great.
Hope they are gone by now. They have no way of knowing who is carrying bedbugs, just sad it happens.
