I got the steak and cheese and I don't think the steak is what I expected I expected the steak to be more like what you get in other restaurants

Placed an internet order for 3 people and paid with my credit card then 5 mins later they call me and do not have steak for the 1 steak Bowl,, she advises me she has to cancel the whole order! she cannot refund for the steak sub they sold me and do not have!! she has to cancel the whole order.. im like ok give me my money back and we will go somewhere else, she then says ohh it will be processed and you will have it back on your card in 3 to 4 days!!! REALLY?? so assuming that could have possible been my last $30! how do i eat tonight?? THE MANAGER HERSELF hung up the phone in my ear! VERY RUDE!! I will not spend another penny at Subway!

Staff is great I make online orders all the time. The only reason I am giving 3 rating is because. One time I ordered online an went to pick up my order someone stole my order. An the receipt has alot of info on it that is put on the bag.i just think there should be a better way so things like this don't happen anymore
