I moved from Jonesborough 4 years ago so it had been ages since I was able to stop here for lunch. I was absolutely ecstatic to find the food was just as good as the last time I had it. The burgers are REAL - not frozen mystery meat patties - & they are delicious!!! I was able to get jalapenos on my burger which made it even better. The cheddar rounds were terrific also...fried light golden & crispy on the outside yet piping hot & cheesy on the inside. Lady working the register was friendly & kept the line moving. Lady working the kitchen had my food ready in minutes & everything was perfect! So happy I was in the area at lunchtime & so happy they are still serving such amazing food!!

Food is excellent and the employees are very helpful and hospitable. One of the few good country stores left in this area.

The pay at the pump option never works which is highly inconvenient. Also, gas prices here are higher than they are just up the road in Gray. It's too bad because this location is wonderful and the store seems clean. Only saving grace is that the staff is always pleasant.
