I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a year. I don’t leave in Santa Ana any more and they still want me to physically go and let them know (as stupid as it might sound). I sent an email over a month ago requesting them to cancel my membership (I was told through the phone to do so). Nobody has replied. Today the called to ask for my new card info. Lol, they are able to add my new process my new Bank info, but they say they are not able to cancel memberships. They are just ripping people off

Good location, nice staff, but... THIS PLACE IS GROSS, VERY DIRTY! Management needs to have a professional cleaning service come in and clean this place, it's unbelievable.

Crunch Fitness Tustin is Excellent. Everyone members and employees help each other like a family. The Front Desk Associates are some of the nicest people I have met. They are friendly, sincere and run the gym with a friendly yet professional manner. The gym is kept spotless and the employees make sure it is kept clean and sanitized. Everything is wiped down constantly and the members help each other in making sure it is sanitary all the time. Mask are required and the front desk associates make sure everyone has there mask on at all times-no question about it. Announcements are made frequently about masks being on. Temperatures are checked upon check-in.

I totally agree with you should be open till 11 or 12 could the lines are getting unbearable fix on the weekend I am a member
Please remove the “bing-bong” sound from your entrance...it makes me feel as though walking through my dry cleaners. I have made the error of bringing my dress uniform into the gym in multiple occasions!
Thanks for reaching out Darren. We continue to monitor member traffic and looking forward to the day when we return to pre-Covid levels. Still about 10% off, but rising, so hopefully we return to normal hours soon. Still a whole lot of people fearful about returning! I appreciate your loyalty and patience along the way. Yes we do, every Monday and Wednesday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. We have a large group fitness studio (about 2,000 square feet) with a cushioned flooring that helps absorb shock (easier on your joints). Our teachers are fantastic too! We welcome you to come visit the club and see it for yourself. Perhaps you can visit tomorrow while the Seniors class is being held? Let me know if you have any other questions. Steve C
