Customer service here is the worst! I walked in the store in hopes the staff would be helpful and considerate. But it took me forever to find a staff member and when I did it seemed like I was bothering his conversation. I stood to the side waiting for him to finish talking to his buddy, and when he did, he looked at me with no interest in assisting me. I asked him if he knew where an item I was looking for was, and all he did was roll his eyes and blandly state "follow me". I've never experienced such rude customer service before. When he finally showed me what I was looking for, he just walked away without any other assistance. Especially when the item I needed was stacked atop the shelving! I had to then I another employee to help me get it taken down (being a 25lbs AC unit). Customer service needs some serious work here. Don't reccomend coming here unless you want to be treated poorly or as if you're a bother.

Love coming to this Lowe's! Angelo in the Garden Center is an A+ employee! He saw me standing in line with a few bags of soil and told me about a recently reduced version. He went out of his way to get me a few bags of soil and a cart for them. It really made my day!

Outstanding store in OC, from Ron helping me purchase a LG Refrigerator to Jose and Fidel delivering it to Long Beach. Ron was certain that their store had stock on the fridge that I wanted, but ran back to double check to make sure. He scheduled the delivery and answered all my questions after checking me out using my Lowe's AMEX, love the extra 5% shaved off the top as well. Got some food poisoning, so I had to reschedule the delivery twice, if it was the other big box hardware store this would have been a fiasco because they use a third party courier. And from past experiences, they aren't the nicest people to do business with because they have no liability to the customer. Lowe's has their own delivery department tied to each store, so they are responsible from start to finish. Got a call from an 800 number to confirm a delivery time slot and got a call from Jose 30 minutes before hand. Came right on time easily hauled it to my upstairs unit with Fidel and quick, but carefully paying attention not to bump into anything. Great experience all around.

We have always found this location to be helpful, but I want to single out Davon in the Liner Department. I had a shelving project, and Davon was very knowledgeable in helping me get the materials we needed. Not only that, he cut the lumber to fit what we needed! He went above and beyond, and I would like the store manager to know that we will be back for any lumber needs we have and work with Davon. Great job. Cheers!

As far I know you may be able to buy a "Knife and Scissors Sharpener" there, but I don't think that they will sharpen scissors.
