As far I know you may be able to buy a "Knife and Scissors Sharpener" there, but I don't think that they will sharpen scissors.
You should call them directly...or invest in a vertical or 45 degree belt sander, or grinding wheel, or $5 or so on a rough grit sand paper (tape it on a hard surface like a workbench or a table). Any lawn mower shop, or sharpening shack should be able to do it while you wait if you pay cash and act nice.
