My family and I had a horrible experience at the F21 at Dolphin Mall; probably the worst customer experience yet. After having gone to the store to find a pair of satin pants that cost $20 online, the employee who claimed to be the manager (Daniela) did not let us pay $20 but instead tried having us pay the full price of $37 even after seeing that we could do a store pickup to get the $17 discount. Additionally, we asked her for advice on breast lift tape and in a rude tone, she replied, “I’m not sure, never used it before.” Overall the experience was horrible because not only were our expectations not met, but we did not feel at all welcome at the store.

We went there to kill time before a movie, they are well organized and also had many options. Only thing was that the lines were long and they need more cash registers open.

Super organized. Great selection and while not many there to help, was able to find a variety of items. Had a good time there with my sister. Dressing rooms were once again open when I went.

06/10/17 update The gift card only had 10 dollars instead of 20, its incredible...the real name for that is "Thieves" I was customer from this place but everything were happy until I returned a item (20 bucks) because had a hole where the security chip was installed. I said to de attendant, let me change for the same but all had the same problem. They never do refound, is not allowed then I got a gift card. The only issue is that I never go to this place again because the people was rude when I solicited my refound.
