Family went to dinner to celebrate my grandmothers birthday, our waitress Kenny was absolutely amazing. She made my grandmothers night perfect and was an absolute joy to be around. I literally cannot say enough good things about her. She made sure all of our food was right and that we had everything we needed.

We went in to Outback Steakhouse in Rock Hill for a late dinner last night. Patricia was the most kind, attentive, and polite server I've ever encountered here! She made sure that each of our requests were followed exactly. Not only was our service 5 stars, the food was delicious! My fiance's steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and seasoned so well. The broccoli cheddar soup he had was also sooooo good! I ordered a Caesar salad and had specific instructions of what I wanted with it (yes, I'm that person... but at least I know what I like). Patricia made sure it was prepared exactly how I wanted it and it was delicious. I also had the Alice Springs chicken which was also just right! We never had to ask for refills and she kept our table cleared. We had an amazing experience and will ask for Patricia every time we come back now.

We had the best experience tonight. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Sarah went out of her way to make it a great night and even made a new friend with my son lol will definitely be coming back

Was traveling through and stopped in before I went to my hotel. Awesome staff, they were short staffed and I was seated for my meal alone in about 10-15 minutes. Sat down at my table around 8:30-8:45 pm. Very obvious they were taking time to properly clean and sanitize the tables and seats. My waiter Cameron was very friendly and attentive. Would have been easy to be overlooked as a party of one with so many large groups at the restaurant on a Saturday night. But Cameron was the bomb. Had my whole meal within 20 minutes. Steak was cooked perfectly and even all the way through. Rice and Mac n cheese were great. The Bloomin Petals were below normal standards however onion was almost completely cooked away. The meal and service as a whole made up for that in a big way though. Will definitely keep this location on my radar next time I travel in the area
