Great food, friendly staff and pretty clean. Wish they wouldn't keep the temperature so cold. I would probably eat there more often if they kept the temperature at something reasonable. Guessing it's below 65 on thermostat.

This place is expensive for what I received. They were frugal (except for lettuce) with the ingredients for the salads I ordered. 90% of my salad was lettuce, 5% was the sauce, and the rest were the chicken and other garnishes for the salads. I ordered kids' meals and they said they've run out of the side carrot and hummus and have been out for a while. How does a salad restaurant run out of carrots and hummus? They did not provide any of the condiments for the kid's meal. On the floor, they had no knives, no straw. The ladies at the cash register were dismissive and assumed customers were supposed to know what came with the order. If I hadn't asked for the bread that came with my meal, they wouldn't have given it to me. High-profit margins, low quality or unavailable food and service. Do better Chopt, do better.

Its salad is awesome! I love all kinds of salad there. But, the staffs are horrible. Especially the first one who takes the order...she is extremely rude and impolite. It seems that she doesn't know how to treat customers. Today, she misunderstood what I ordered and showed face with eye rollings instead of asking for clarification. Horrible manner - Those unprofessional manner demotivates me to revisit the place and find another salad bar in the town.

I’m completely speechless about how good this restaurant is. Staff are vivacious and they work together to put together an order very efficiently. The quality and the sense that the ingredients are real is really great, the food is just AMAZING! Lots of menu options to choose from or you can build your own salad. Overall exceptional and healthy restaurant!!!!
