I had a simple patch put on my jeans. I thought $8.00 was kinda high but might have accepted it better if the lady was the least bit friendly. I don’t care what’s going on in your life, you’re a business owner, should appreciate your customers and “pretend” you’re having a good day. After this attitude with the drop off and pickup, I’ll find someone else for my alterations.

This business just lost a star. I was willing to give them the benefit by going down there but I get there at 9:30 a.m. and they have a sign up that says they’re open from 10-3 then another sign saying they will be open at noon. I tried calling during business hours twice and left messages and no one called back. My family had been getting their alterations done here for years. They won’t be anymore.

Dropped off my wedding dress and was very disappointed with the experience. I asked that the waist be taken in, a hook added to the straps so they could be pinned like an X, and one of the skirt layers removed. When I went in to collect my dress, she had only done the waist and she said "forgot" about the other two alterations. She didn't apologize but said I could come in later that day to get the dress and she would have it fixed by then. I live about half an hour away so having to drive another hour was also frustrating, besides the fact she didn't do two of the three alterations. When I got there later that day to pick up the dress, one of the alterations wasn't done how I originally requested. At that point I was just done. I asked if five dollars could be taken off my total for the inconvenience of having to come back and they said no. I don't want any other brides to go through this stress and would not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere that cares about you and won't forget about your alterations/do them wrong.
