My husband needed to get a t-shirt and sweatshirt altered, wow! The seamstress did an incredible job! We are now going to be return customers for sure. My husband is tall and lean, so it is hard to find shirts that fit, but I think our problems have been solved! On top of that, my husband said that the people working there were super friendly and helpful. Thank you Mount Hood Cleaners!!!

So an employee from this company was here today to install some blinds that were missing. I told him what rooms needed blinds replaced and that the living room and back door were missing blinds. He was totally ignoring me and continued through my house looking at windows that I didn’t point out to him then took it upon himself to go upstairs into my daughters room that I CLEARLY said the blinds were fine in and remove the blinds and install paper ones. I didn’t notice until my daughter came and told me her blinds were missing. He was already gone by then. I have never dealt with something so un professional and weird I will never use this company for anything at all ever again

Curtains had a pleat missing and arrived wrinkled. Had to return some of the panels to have them fixed and repressed. They arrived wrinkled yet again. When I called to ask the window covering department if they could come out with a hand held steamer to remove the wrinkles, I was told that they don't do this. Consequently, I had to purchase my own steamer to resolve the problem--cost $63.

Mt Hood Cleaners are efficient and timely. I so enjoy the convenience of them picking up and delivering our dry cleaning needs and other services we have used. This is a company that thrives on Perfection. There were a few instances that I thought some of my Silk jackets were ruined, but Mt Hood Cleaners saved them and they looked perfect when returned. We have used the services of Mt Hood Cleaners for over five years and are very comfortable with their Professional services.
