These are Very Clean and some are climate controlled. Their prices on monthly storage is best that find in the area (the piney flats location). They have great security. There are cameras all around. All the doors have codes. You have your own code into the main gate. The area is well lit at night. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing storage. And definitely no signs of any type of pest.

The units were very clean looked like they were just built. but I know they weren't they have been here for years. About the only thing that was ever wrong was the keypad on the building does not work. And if you're directly in front of the gate and your car is not sideways the gate will open automatically without a keypad to open it. But be aware motorcyclist you could definitely be locked in the gate because apparently the trip wire for the gate to open motorcycles are not heavy enough to trip the gate to open. Other than that no problems enjoyed renting with 24 storage

A great place to store your stuff. They'll work with you just make sure you stay up to date with your bills and if you can't contact them and let them know so they can work with you. Next time I need a storage unit that is where I will be going again.
