First off. If they mess up on a order never try to get a refund. Was told 2 days. Hitting on day 10. I've talked to store manager on day 6. He gave me the email to store owner. Sent all the info and pics. No reply. So they owe me $20. When they say they can do a refund they half to refund the whole transaction. Then on my next order they recharged me for everything that was correct instead of what was wrong wich was confusing. So until I receive my $ and a apology me and my family will just order else where. Customer service was little to nothing at all on help. When I get my refund I'll gladly remove this review. Till then. People start checking your pizza before you pull off.. Oh. If the store owner actually reads start replying to your emails messages. I didn't want to leave this review. But was kinda left no choice...

The pizza here is horrible. Please drive on by or go behind it to Food city. This place has gone down hill. 2 years ago it was amazing. But there is always changes. I had called and placed an order with a Justin goto pick it up and he said the order was never placed. Pathetic in every way. From the lying staff to poor undercooked pizza.

I called n placed an order for a pepperoni pizza 2 crazy bread with extra crazy. When I got there n got my order going down road I reach over to get some crazy bread it's cold like you got it out the refrigerator cold. So I go back and tell them the purpose of calling it in is so it will be hot. He took the 2 crazy breads that I touched n put it back in the box to be sold. I'm done with this place. Not the first time I've ordered and it not be fresh when I've called it in.

Raw gooey pizza! Several times we received a raw pizza from this location. It’s sad when I have to turn the oven on when my husband says he's grabbing a pizza from little caesars. This time I was fed up and went back and they advised they wanted the pizza back as if I was lying about a $6.06 pizza. I’m done going here I’ll just grab a frozen pizza from food city as I got to cook it either way.
