Let's get the easy stuff out of the way first. The Food? It's good, it's real good. A bit on the high side of pricing, but worth what you pay. The problems I have with this establishment, this particular Frosty Frez, is the workers, out of five different visits, only one has been a pleasurable interaction. The employees are extremely rude, be it on the phone, or in person. I understand everyone has off days, but the consistency of the hateful behavior really makes it hard for me to want to go there to even just order to go. Just having the employees smile and ACT friendly would probably turn a lot of reviews like this into more positive focused ones.
