Good product selection and nice employees, but they’re overpriced by about 20% in comparison to literally ANYWHERE else in the whole state on disposable vapes. I don’t recommend H&A unless last resort

Was one my usual go to spot for vapes but no longer, sadly. Went in to buy replace defective elf bar vape, refused refund (understandable) but when I bought a new elf bar and tried IN STORE that didn’t charge, a tried the same 2 other times before the owner refused to sell anymore of what I wanted and forced me to choose a different product that I didn’t want, or a refund. THEY DID NOT REMOVE FAULTY ELF BARS FROM SHELF. YOU WILL KNOWINGLY BE SOLD FAULTY PRODUCTS HERE. It was very obvious an entire case wasn’t working but didn’t take them down regardless.

H & A Tobacco at North Hill Plaza is one of the best stores for me to have ever the vape juice and ect. They go out of their way to help you to save your money and get a the products that will work best for you. They have great selection of their products. If they don't have what you need, they will go out of their way to get what products best for you. I give them five thumbs up!
