Hello ladies and gentlemen, this is the manager mentioned a few times in these reviews! My name is Jordan, and tho I wanna take the time to thank y’all that gave me positive comments in your reviews, I ask that you please bare with me in todays workforce. I lost both of my assistants within a week of each other about 3 months ago, and it’s getting impossible to find and keep good employees. If you’re worried about the DT, yes we do keep it closed on 2 people shifts due to the sheer volume of call ins, walk ins, and online orders we receive, it can become overwhelming. If you have a negative experience at my store, please call the next morning so I can make it right for you. I just ask that you be patient while I try to build the store up the standard you’re all used to. Thank you, Jordan

Worst subway on earth. They did not measure the meat. Most have been the girls first day... didn't wear gloves to roll the wrap and came straight from the cash register to the food prep area. Wrap Was not rolled correctly one fell apart in the bag. Price was not correct. "Awful" best describes it... Go somewhere else..... Regrets

I frequent this place and would really like to give it more stars but I have noticed lately that the only time this place is worth going to is when (1) certain manager is on duty. He is a young male with glasses, not sure of his name, but he keeps the place in order. Any other time, the franchise is completely upside down. Nasty. And as you can see in the picture, the employees seem to not care at all about what they’re doing. Not only did all of my toppings fall off of my sub, but the onions and green peppers were chopped so large that I had to re-chop. Also the skin was left on the onion. The store was a wreck. Nothing stocked, and the veggie/meat bar was a disaster. People need to take more pride in their jobs. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to be there, do something about it, but it’s not the customers fault.
