A Dawg
Been working in the field of recovery for almost 10yrs. I appreciate this organization for their relation approach to helping anyone in need. I have seen many programs and this is one of the few that try their best to screen folks in rather than out. Most people that have been turned away elsewhere find safety here. I was a little perplexed by the one star reviews. Once I clicked on their profiles and saw their other reviews it was evident that negative reviewing is a pattern for them. This place isn't perfect, just like anywhere else, but it seems like they genuinely care. Thank you to everyone serving there and those trying to make their lives better. Godspeed to you all!

Shepherds House Ministries saved my life, I was broken 💔 lost and on the verge of suicide, I was welcomed with love and kindness into the family of the men's program and even though I relapsed multiple times I was still shown grace and love that they never gave up on me, I love you Curt and Cash, I love you John, Yunker, Aaron, Peter, Stephen, and all my brothers from shepherds house.

This place is a little difficult to get to. But once you do it's definitely worth it. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Both those who are homeless and those trying to help them face the most challenging experiences on this planet. To criticize either is cheap, short-sighted, and cowardly. Be courageous, like those at the Shepherd's house, and give grace - to help change things.

Possibly. It is still available?
We do Not house minors, there exists an extensive "Safe Protocol" for dealing with underage individuals as well as working with local authorities.
We unfortunately can’t accept large furniture, bedding, or mattresses at this time but do accept most other things, like food that hasn’t been opened or used, camping supplies, clothing, unopened toiletries, and towels. Thank you for wanting to donate with us!
There are lots of homeless at the warming shelter who may need help.
Just men, but they have a women's shelter as well. Yes, open all year.
Yes they do! 😁 Besides giving to the public. We also have a women's and children's facility
They are working on a women's and children shelter which is in phase 2. Shepherds House is for men but they do offer showers, meals, and clothes for women. Closet is open Monday, Wwdnesday, and Friday 1-3pm. Bethlehem Inn is a shelter for all.
Shepherd's house. Monday. Wednesday. Friday. From 1 to 3pm.
If you have meth in your system the only place To go is the cold weather shelter, one is at Pfeiffer in Bend, the other is operated by the Shepherds House in Redmond, they are only open when its freezing outside, if you don't have meth in your system you can go to the Bethlehem inn in Bend, just don't smoke pot after checking in, they do random ua's.
Shepherds house is a men's center
Not as of yet. We work closely with providers in our area to help those we serve
I will make sure this gets to the right person and update your address.
