I don't know what I paid for. I ordered 2 small cones with hardshell. One was hard ice cream. A huge bowl came out covered in chocolate syrup. I got a small cone, put 1/4th in it and threw out the rest. The second was a small soft serve with hard shell. It was 6 inches above the cone top. That's not small. Then she charged me $10.20. For 2 small cones. So I looked on line and sure enough she overcharged me by over 35%. She got the order wrong. I showed her she got it wrong and instead of fixing it she charged me for her mistake. The cones were for the kids, I just chose not to have anything after seeing the goof. No one was happy. Thanks.

Who doesn't love ice cream! The couple serving the ice cream were so sweet and the gentleman made sure he gave me enough peanut butter in my cone lol. 😋

Been coming to this DQ for 25 years and for as long as I can remember, the current owners have been so miserable and it’s just really awkward and uncomfortable going there. Tonight, I called at 8:22 to place an easy to go order of Blizzards, being considerate because they closed at 8:30. I get there at 8:25 (I was right down the road food shopping), and the minute I walk in the miserable owner starts shutting off all of the lights literally while I was waiting for my ice cream. Seriously? Rude? It was completely degrading and I’ve been a local, like I said, for 25 years and always give them my business, as well as tip. Corporate needs to give the store a phone call. ASAP. Do better.
