I have been a happy and proud Lowe's customer for a very long time. I was the general contractor when we built our previous house and have done an awful lot of work on our current house, an old foreclosure. My children have always known the layout of our local Lowe's because of how much time we spend there. I have bought multiple washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, refrigerators, toilets, paints, tools, and building supplies over the years. That stops tonight. My husband and I went to the local Lowe's to buy supplies so I could redo our stairs. We went to the Pro checkout because we were buying plywood and wanted to park with more space around our truck. In our cart we had insulation that had no label. I asked our cashier multiple times if she could look it up in the book, she ignored me. She called over other employees who apparently went back to check. She then charged us $65 for something marked $7.88. We told her to take it off. When I took the item out of me cart and put it over to the side where one of the other employees was, he told me, "This is the PRO checkout!" My mother's entire family is in construction and I cannot imagine any of those builders paying 7 times the listed price for an item. I may be a housewife but I spend an awful lot of money in your store. I am also on the Grounds & facilities committee of my church and am involved with a number of local volunteer organizations. We will be sure to shop at Home Depot from now on.

Went to pick up 2 exterior door knobs keyed alike. Asked an employee how to tell if keyed alike. He told me that the person that did that was on lunch and would need to wait a half hour to find out. I looked closer to the box and theres a little sticker with a keyed alike sticker. Hmm, that was easy. I then went to the check out TO CHECK MYSELF out. I'm now waiting on a reimbursement check for the customer service I gave myself because pricing DOES NOT reflect that!!!!! Thanks Lowe's!!!

This is the worst Lowe's of all time. If you order online, it comes from this store. We bought a $2,000 refrigerator online and had delivered. Lo and behold it had a giant dent in the door. The delivery driver indicated it was quite easy to just call and set up a delivery of a new door. This is a lie. I've been calling for a week and cannot get a person to help me. Either get transferred to a department where nobody picks up or when they do pick up they lay the handset on the counter and ignore me just to get the phone to stop ringing. Buyer beware.
