I have never been, and if I'm going to respect the park rules I can't as I ride a bike. I live in Wakeforest NC and since I see online that you don't accept bikes, there is no need to make the drive. I ride a 26 inch dirt jump bike which is not much bigger than a BMX bike. One super important question. Why are bikes not allowed at a concrete park? Someone please explain.

For my way of skating, the flow of this park isn't great...but I still love it. Lots of locals, and it's got a few things that are pretty fun to skate on. 🤟

I love the diversity in downtown Durham. This is a great skate park. My kid had a blast there. All different experience levels in ages and cultures were on display. It was truly love.

Yes! There are a few and my son loves it! The skaters are very friendly and welcome the scooter kids. There is an etiquette for parks that would benefit the kids to learn ahead of time so their experience is positive, but they will learn how to mesh. We'd love to see more kids on scooters out there too! My son drops into the pools and uses the bowl and ramps just like the skaters with no issue. Come on out! We also have a group on nextdoor we recently started for families looking to connect with others so we can meet there, you are welcome to join us. The skatepark is great, come on out! The Gcrew would love to meet you!
I do not believe bikes are permitted on the pavement area with the ramps and bowls. It would probably not be advised. There is a great place in Greensboro and they have a really big facility and weekly events for kids.
Yes, both are allowed. But it's a small park so BMX can be hit and miss trying to find a good line, especially there are other people there
Not really, I say that because the skate park has lights that come on at night, but they're very dim
