I have dealt with your rude stylist for the last time. 4 times in the last 2 weeks, I have attempted to get a shampoo and cut. Every single time EVERY SINGLE TIME, the shop has been empty of customers. Yes, I am a walk-in. You have signs saying walk-ins welcome. Everytime I have been told ,with an empty shop, that they can't see me until a later day. Today the black lady stylist was standing by the computer, so I tried again only to be told I could be seen tomorrow. I replied no one is here. She very rudely said well I am in lunch. Points then taps her makeshift sign. Well sign says 30 minutes. Sign was there 45 minutes earlier when I came in. And she was still standing there then. I will never try to use your service again.

My daughter & I went there to get our hair cut. The lady with braids was on the computer & no customers were there. She had a very NASTY ATTITUDE, when my daughter asked her about doing our hair. She never acknowledged. I'm so glad we DIDN'T do any business with her.
