Do not leave the drive thru window of this Arby's until you have thoroughly checked you order. Four times in a row now I had to drive back thru to get multiple missing items I had ordered and paid for. Can't say if the staleness of the food I've received was because that was how it was given to me or because I had to wait in the drive thru again. I understand it is hard to hire, but the people who work the window here are also VERY unhappy people with a dead look in their eyes. I can tell they are working under duress. Makes me sad and uncomfortable to go back. I've been going to this Arby's for over 20 years and left good review previously. I'm sorry to take it back. Sad, sad, sad.

I frequent this location and have consistently had issues. Most recently, today I used the drive thru to pick up lunch on my lunch break. I get back to work to find that half of my order is missing and I have half of someone else's order. I have never called when this happened in the past, but it's very frustrating to continue to deal with the same issues on a regular basis. I called and was told to bring the food back if I wish to receive any kind of refund for the portion of food that was incorrect. I do not have time to go back to the restaurant so that they can fix something that was their error. My family will no longer be supporting this business.

We visited THIS Arby's on 3/8/22 for the first time since moving to Zebulon it was a disappointment. We order the Hawaii deluxe meal. We had them to super size the drink & curly fries. It was an extra $2.00. Which was OK, if we had gotten it. The drink yes, the fries NO. The Hawaii fish was NOT the Hawaii fish. It was your regular $3 fish sandwich. I've been a customer at Arby's for a long time. I know the difference between the two fish sandwiches (there's no comparison.) Plus the sandwich was cold. REALLY!!! The service was very good.
