I stood and watched as a substitute manager, named Manny, royally belittled and degraded an employee, Misty, during a visit. This is not the first time I have witnessed Manny's rude behavior, with customers either as I was one. I sent a message to corporate, however they never responded so I'm sure they are aware of his shenanigans and are just brushing it under the rug. SOOO....since corporate did not respond, I'll put it out pubically for everyone to see. Manny, I found out, is a higher up Manager and his behavior was unprofessional, uncalled for, unapologetic, blatantly aggressive, and all in the view of customers new, old, and possibly never again. I never see this mess when the regular staff is there. Shameful and Shame on Waffle House Corporate!

I actually love the food here but my order is never right on the first try. My girlfriend picked up today and the order was completely wrong even though the receipt on the bag is correct. To make matters worse I tried to call to let them know we would be coming back to pick up the correct order and the phone number will not let you speak to a person simply bc they no longer take to go orders over the phone the automated system won’t let you call the store. Cooperate should really let the phone call to the store bc it’s much easier than trying to fix the meal in person to just be able to call with the correction. Why even have a telephone number.

Walked in to pick up an online order, was immediately greeted happily by a nice guy named Taylor, who while already doing multiple tasks made time to come over and grab my order for me. Excellent service!

Honestly loved waffle house. This time was just.... Off. My girlfriends dad ordered a steak medium rare and it came back well done. Okay thats fine. However halfway through his steak, he finds a hair UNDER HIS STEAK. Talk about health code violation. 1 star.
