I come to this great clips for past 2 years for mine, my daughter and my husband’s haircut. Never had any issues. Today two nasty ladies were working. Their behavior were obnoxious. And started yelling. Worst customer service ever. Did not even cut our hair today. Never returning and will make sure my friends and family know about the experience and could avoid this location as well

Good service but longgggg wait times even after you check-in online, be prepared to wait for an hour on the weekends. They can add more staff to help this situation. Edit: After 2 years, the longggg wait time has become miserable. As soon as the Salon opened on Sunday at 10.30 am, the slots get booked faster than buying a PS5. So I went there in person- There were only two staff struggling to manage the situation, and I was turned away because the system had more than 2 hours of waiting time and allowed no more check-ins. This place is poorly managed and they must hire a better manager.

I wish there were negative stars to offer this location. I have been a great clips customer for over 10 years..but this location is horrible. Inexperienced staff coupled with poor attitude. If you want your head to be not butchered..PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. It’s worth the drive… Lol. And the worst part is there will be an automated reply to this review asking to contact a random email ….

I love going to this Great Clips! The app always makes it easy to get on the list and I love how it counts down until my time... so I can wait at home until it's time. All the stylists are nice and listen to what I want done. And while I don't have the most difficult hairstyle, they do a great job. Highly recommend in West Cary!
