Very disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Kim was very polite over the phone a couple of days ago. I explained what I needed for my son and she booked the appointment. I pick My kid up early from school and bring him to the appointment only to be told The service couldn’t be performed. She said she wasn’t trained/certified yet to be able to lighten his hair and we had to come back another day when the instructor was there. First off, I had no idea Fantastic Sams was a “hair school”, however if certain services couldn’t be performed why not tell me before hand before my time and gas were wasted, especially with today’s gas prices. Odd, since I had already explained what we wanted. My son was Very disappointed and they weren’t even apologetic. These issues should be listed on the website so all customers are fully informed before making appointments. Like when you go to a hair school you sign a WAIVER. Luckily,(although inconvenient) Fantastic Sams on Highhouse rd was helpful and they could squeeze us in last minute. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hoping our next Fantastic Sams experience is better.

Excellent customer service and awesome staff! They were able to do more with my hair than expected. I had the pleasure of working with Colleen and she was knowledgeable, great to talk to, and amazing at her job!

Booked for an appointment for hair styling and color , when I went on the day they said preparation would take time and asked to come next day and made me reschedule it . Next day got a call from them and asked if you would like to come now , I said i would like to come at the scheduled time and when I went there I was told you need to wait and would like to reschedule. Would appreciate if the salon could respect everyone’s time and be more professional !

Very disappointed with the Kids Haircut. It took the person more than an hour for a 4 year old boy who was sitting quietly the entire time. Every time she would finish something I could find a huge mistake in the haircut. We ended up having an awe full haircut. Going to Great Clips now to fix it. STAY AWAY. Throw that $8 coupon in trashcan if you can.
