Rude . I had appointment at 1pm and they cancelled without notification.. I went at 1 pm with both my kids and they didn’t even want to respond to me. What is the purpose of giving appointment three days before if you want to cancel without notification.It was for birthday party and cancelling without notice was unacceptable . I understand short staff but a call or a proper response is what I would expect . If she would have looked at me away from her screen and responded I wouldn’t have written this review. Good luck surviving this competitive market. We had a nice haircut done next street thankfully and my little kiddo was ready for his party. Leave customer service simple Kindness is important if you are running a business.

Both of my children get haircuts here. My son has special needs and everyone here is always great, kind, and professional. They are very patient and work with my son and he always gets a great cut! This is the only place I have brought him that he looks forward to a hair cut and he asks for his stylist by name which is a huge deal because he has limited speech! The stylists here have years of experience and are friendly! The shop is always clean and they even take time to clean up between each of my children’s cuts which says a lot in my opinion! No matter how busy they may be they always try to accommodate our crazy family schedule and fit us in. We drive all the way from Durham to this shop in Cary because we really feel that the staff here is superior to anywhere else we have been, the management is top notch, the shop is professional and clean and we always have a wonderful experience!

Fantastic Sam’s has great prices, and the staff is usually very friendly. All of the haircuts I have gotten have been wonderful and I have left very pleased. I had my hair colored once though, I had asked for an ombré and it was very patchy and poorly done. So while I wouldn’t go for coloring I do highly recommend their haircuts!
