This place has the best barbecue I have ever eaten in Florida. The pork is so tender and delicious. The barbecue sauce is awesome. I highly recommend this place.

Good barbecue. The hamburger is very big and the big foot hamburger is massive I'm told, of course I've never seen it in person. Only in photos. The items are a la cart so keep that in mind. You get a lot for the price you pay, along with the quality. The pork sandwich is great, add in the bbq sauce and it's fantastic. The fries are good, regular bag fries but you get a lot of them. It's a must if you're spending the weekend out at the lake. The seating area is good giving you a picnic style seating arrangement, but do be ready to wait as the food is prepared fresh. It's best to call ahead and show up about 10 minutes before the time they give you. Some of the reviews complain about the rough treatment by the ladies but I'll tell you they're so busy they don't have time to chit chat. I have gone to a lot of restaurants, and a lot of barbecue, and I give Papa Joe's a big thumbs up.

The food was so good! This is going to be a regular spot from now on. Great food great service 👍

Papa Joe's was a nice surprise. Food was hot and fresh. Portions were of decent size. The fried pickles were pretty darn good(extra crispy). Pulled pork was tender and moist.. Only reason for the 4 stars is because of the drinks. All ice no drink.
