The agent that helped me was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind! She thoroughly went through everything for me..explained things for me and even went the extra mile and got it all done over the phone( I don't get the internet where I'm at and Worksource office is closed for in-person). Thank you!

I had a need for a Typing exam and reached out to Work Source to see if they offered one and Caylynn, an employee specialist, was super helpful finding what I needed and communicated on how an exam could be administered online and at home. It was super easy working with her and getting what I was needing. I’m sure other needs can met just as easy. I recommend reaching out to them for assistance. If they can’t help they will find out who can.

They did not help me at all. I couldnt even say one word without being cut off by one of the employees

I am having a great experience and learning a lot of things I thought I already knew. The staff is very kind and involved. If you want to be employed this is the place to go not only for a job but for everyday job skills. All you need is the right additude and willingness to learn.

I'm not sure but you can call them and ask to speak to D. She is amazing and she has been a super big help to me. She'll go far beyond what she has to. She is in the Grants Pass office.
You know I go 4 days a week Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to l1 p.m. pre-apprenticeship program just getting into the plumbers Union they also have ncrc class Microsoft Excel typing class and some other curricular activity classes to gain your knowledge into the Workforce Development trades but I highly recommend to go down there and check it out because they have a lot of resources and a lot of companies are based off that Workforce Development Center plus you resumes cover letters etc etc
This is probably too late for you but if anyone else sees this the answer is usually yes depending on how much you've worked. Never hurts to apply. Worst they'll say is no.
