Well, that stinks. I’d get in touch with FedEx right away and fill out an incident report. They should be able to track the particular driver down. You will also want to report it to your insurance company (they will often pay the the damage, then get reimbursed from the person who caused the damage separately). If you really want to be safe, call the non-emergency line with the police department to have them come out, do a report and document it. (Hit and run is also a crime). Hopefully, with it all documented, FedEx will step up and pay for the damage without much hassle.
