I had an awesome experience with Valley cab, I am not from the area and was in town for work and needed transportation to the airport. Fish was my driver and he was upbeat, professional, and super nice. I will definitely use this service again, highly recommend!

I was really impressed with valley cab. I was really late getting to the hospital to see a family member when all of a sudden my tire blew out as I was driving down I5 . I somehow managed to coast off the exit and into a parking lot. I called for a cab and was told it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. I got out of my car and walked around the side of the building that I had parked behind and there was the cab waiting for me . I couldn't believe it. I ask the driver how when they had got there and they said they happened to be in the area so it only took them about 3 minutes to get there. I was so relieved that my crisis was solved in such a short time. Valley cab definitely saved my day.

We made arrangements 2 days before for a late-night pickup at the airport, but no one showed. I tried calling half a dozen times, but just got a recording. It would have been nice to get a text or phone call if they had a problem & couldn't fulfill their agreement.
