I had never been to a salt cave before but had been intrigued for some time. I am SO GLAD I decided to attend a session - I'm now a regular attendee! I find the setting incredibly relaxing and have been enjoying the benefits of the salt experience. Each week I look forward to an opportunity for a little "me time" and it's something that has been long overdue. I encourage anyone with interest to check it out!

I took my friend from California and her 8 yrs. old daughter for a salt cave session. It was AMAZING! Ivy loved the salt between our toes and we loved how healing it felt for our lungs, skin, and nasal passages. Liana is such a sweet soul & it her staff mirror her kindness. If you haven't been to Prana Salt Cave yet, GO! You have to experience it for yourself! I wish I could attach photos ❤️

Prana Salt Cave is a wonderful personal retreat space! I went for a sound bath and salt - highly recommend! The owner is conscientious, and really cares about her clients, and her space. Lots of nice amenities (gravity chairs, blankets, etc.)

Perfect place to Relax and breathe! The owner and staff are wonderful. They truly care about your well being. I have allergy induced asthma and every-time I leave I can breathe so much better. I highly recommend Prana Salt Cave!
