If I could leave negative stars, I would! We had the most horrible experience @ Fox and Hound in Wilmington. The service sucked, food and drinks took forever to come out, and when it did come to the table, orders were all messed up. The drinks tasted like juice and the wings were hard and rubbery. When we asked for our checks, it took over 45 minutes to get our checks. When we repeatedly asked for our checks and finally walked to the front to find someone to help us, our server was at the bar drinking and taking shots. And on top of all that, there were roaches crawling around by our table. Never have I received such horrible customer service at a restaurant!

We went here on Thursday night. When we first got here there was no host to be found we stood at the front for 10 min before a server came out and helped us. Once seated our server apologized and was great I can’t remember his name but he has dark hair and facial hair. But the food was good and like I said our server was good! The host needs to be more attentive though if it wasn’t so late we would’ve left!

Atmosphere was EXCELLENT. Food was good. Service was friendly but a little slow. This is the kind of place that teeters between a 4 and a 5 star. Depends on the day. Either way, it's a recommend. ESPECIALLY if you like draft beer!

What a bad experience! - First of all, the customer service just sucks, our server was extremely unprofessional and took forever to assist us, even after signaling and letting her know we needed her. No use utensils, no napkins, no refills. Second: the food was not that great. I built my own burger and the buns just disintegrated in my hands as I took my first bite, I couldn’t finish it. The kids meals don’t even come with sides, my kids had Mac n cheese and it was not enough food, it does come with a drink though. Overall, I can honestly say that I will never come back to this place. Not worth it 👎🏻
