Sam groomed my kiddos today and did an amazing job with them! First time visit and I was impressed. The kiddos seemed to enjoy their morning there as well. They are happy and relaxed. I love they can work around my early hours as well.

I took my pup here for her first grooming and The Paisley Pooch was so kind. My pup apparently doesn't enjoy being groomed. They were able to get her brushed out and her ears cleaned and offered to have me come in at the next appt to help get her washed. They didn't want to force the groom and create a bad experience for her so they offered to take the time next time so she felt more comfortable!

The staff at the Paisley Pooch treated my senior border collie Hope to the royal treatment today. I'm usually a do it yourself kind of girl but I needed a professionals help this time to get my girl in tip top shape for our upcoming vacation. Hope was never kennel trained because she is such the perfect lady in our home and she suffers extreme anxiety if cooped up. The staff allowed her to hang out in her own little play area for the day which really set my mind at ease. I've never left her anywhere with anyone in the 13 years I've had her since I adopted her from a shelter. I was really worried about leaving her but when I came back to pick her up she seemed to be relaxed and happy. The staff gave a good praise report and told me how much they enjoyed grooming Hope. She looks fantastic, smells amazing and I can't thank you all enough for treating my girl like family today ❤️
