So we go here through the drive thru and ordered 1 cheese deluxe single combo. My lady asks for no cheese, no pickles and extra onions. We get our order and drive away thinking we're good. She opens her burger box and clearly you can see cheese and pickles on it. She opens it up and there was no extra onions. Still have the receipt and it clearly states "No white cheddar cheese, no american cheese, no pickles and xt onions. I'm not quite getting what part of that was not understandable to the person making the burger.

We've always had great experiences and delicious food at this location. Today, Alexander G. was the associate that took our order and he was so happy and friendly and so welcoming (which is hard to find lately). It's service like that that makes lifetime customers!!

I paid $33.00 for a bacon cheeseburger with fries and large peanut butter milkshake, a regular cheeseburger regular fries and a large chocolate milk shake than a small chocolate milk shake. Well the burgers weren't all that and the milk shakes were as runny as water! I am not pleased at all and will not go back!
