Tenome tattoo does do eyebrow piercing. You may need to wait a bit or make an appointment. They charged $100 including the jewelry. Pricy but worth it I think. They did a great job. I got a tattoo as well and I am 100% satisfied.

wondering if you take walk ins and how much for minimum and or hourly rate ?

We do but it depends on the piece you want and availability with the artist so just give a call before hand to make sure of availability, and the Min is 60-80 depending on the artist

Can i get a tattoo if I’m under 18 with parental consent and parent being there ?

City/state law says no one under 18 can get a tattoo, not even with parental consent. Sorry.
