Just returned from having two mri's done and have to say that the staff were absolutely incredible, I don't know their names but the two girls who helped me with my wheelchair and everything were incredible and assisted me getting my shoes and shirt back on and the actual technician and girl knowing that I had a bad back did everything they could to make the experience comfortable and quick. I am having one more MRI done on Monday and I hope that I'm lucky enough to get the same staff that helped me today or someone who is just as nice and helpful

Expect to wait on hold when scheduling a routine CT! It was 21 minutes today and I couldn’t wait any longer.DON’T CALL HERE! How can they justify me ‘wasting’ 20 minutes of my day?

I showed up to my appointment and waited 40 minutes only to find out the person who was supposed to give me my mammogram didn't show up. The receptionist and her boss had no idea no one showed up.

Went in this morning for an MRI. It didn’t happen. Lol I’m super claustrophobic and as soon as I lied down, I knew it wasn’t gonna happen. The staff were EXTREMELY chill and just told me to reschedule. I’ll need to be sedated next time, but eventually it’ll get done. A note to others who have similar claustrophobia - consider having an eye mask put on after you put scrubs on and ask to be walked in. I wish I would have done that, as I never would have seen the machine. Lol. Anyway. They were very understanding and reassured me after my multiple apologies that this happens more often than one assumes. :)
