Worst customer service. Do not honor most coupons...especially if it's a BOGO. I was told I had no rewards when I actually had a $2 reward..that was the 2nd time they did that. Tried to make me think it was the coupon for $2 off two footlongs, but I also had that as well. Save your frustrations. Go to Swansboro location.

Whoever owns this Subway franchise in Cape Carteret should be kissing the ground that the two employee/sisters walk on! (who are the only ones that I ever see working here, for quite sometime now!) I have never met 2 kinder, or gracious women then these ladies in any place that work and who makes a perfect Sub or Salad in a sandwich shop let alone one that is corporately owned!! The reason I decided to post a review is because our local newspaper occasionally includes Subway coupons, which does makes a DIFFERENCE in many peoples expendable money whether or not they can afford or not to buy a somewhat healthy fast food meal. When I presented them w/ a "Get a free cookie with any purchase" coupon, 2 days ago, they informed me , "regretfully this Subway no longer accepts coupons. How shameful of the owner. The only reason I am giving it 5 stars is because of the people that work here.

Placed a order online for pickup on Saturday evening at 9:05 the money was pulled from my account got to the restaurant at 9:25 to see the restaurant is closed despite the Google and subways website saying they are open until 10pm. Says the times were verified by business 5 days ago. A complaint has been filed with corporate in a attempt to GET MY MONEY BACK.

Covid19 rules are in force here

I Did online order, sub was not warm and was cold. Asked for it to be reheated or remade and cashier was yelling and being angry. I had to pay for my new sub to be remade and even that one was cold! Very disappointed.

Never had an issue. But I usually get mine cold. I assume you asked for it toasted. Sometimes when I have gotten a sub toasted the ingredients added after it was heated made it seem like it hadn't been heated. But the cheese was melted, bread still crisp etc.
