Traci awesome lady love her.. love ya traci but the rest of people include manager need to learn some manners and respect to talk to customers. the business is still going becuz of us so please have some respect βπΌ i was there everyone were extremely rude. one of the healthy lady goes to me listen woman i am not working at the window i am not getting you drink. i only told her please get me my drink my baby os waiting crying

Worst worst McDonald's I have been in this World!!! The chicken nuggets and apple pies like been fried for several times and very dry like yesterday....Many people come just come for the toilets....I hope nobody come here again!!

Cheeseburger was the redeeming quality that got it to 4 McNuggets unrecognizable as a chicken product. $1 you get what ya pay for. Itβs fast food so low expectations. My fault for choosing time over quality.

Very bad experience. The drive thru line took forever even though it wasn't busy. It looked like there was only one person working though, so I would be understanding if that was the only issue. But when I ordered, the person was very rude. When I politely corrected something on the order screen, he said "so you changed your mind then" instead of just accepting that he misheard me at first (which would have been fine). He then ended up getting the correction completely wrong when I picked up the food. Back to ordering - when I asked for a second sauce, instead of saying he'd have to charge me for another, he said I couldn't have two. I had to proactively ask if I could pay for a second one. I then asked to confirm that he'd added my milkshake that I'd asked for in the beginning (because it wasn't on the screen), and he said "no", then paused before saying to go to the second window. I assumed he added it at that point. After getting my food, I asked about my milkshake, and he only then told me that they had no milkshakes at that time. I would have just gotten another drink if I'd known that before. I know working customer service sucks, especially for minimum wage, so I'm not usually one to complain, but this was a really really bad experience. I'll make it a point to not stop at this McDonald's again
