Don't send your loved one there unless you are ready to bury them. They will ignore their basic needs such as: changing them, catering to wounds, feeding them, providing physical therapy, & meds. There is a high turnover rate in staffing. There are a couple of staff there that do care but overall a horrible nursing facility.

I just want to give a big thanks to everyone at Briarcrest Nursing Center they where so helpful and supportive, the dedication of the wound care and physical therapy team is amazing. If you need something or just want to keep busy to speed up time the activity department is great they'll handle that I'm 25 wheelchair bound from a gunshot wound with 3 pressure sores, I was here for a month and a half and I don't have no complaints. They have family visits, a smoking area for certain patients, you can even get a pass to leave and go somewhere local if your physically able. Thanks Briarcrest and the Social Services team and admissions for being apart of my recovery.

Wound care is really excellent as far i am concern- the treatment nurse and assistant treatment is very professional. On my first few days My experience in this place was horrible employees very unprofessional don't know anything about medical. I never saw anyone from New Admissions didn't sign any paperwork social workers are a joke. Treated my visitors rude

I'm not going to lie ,at first I was scared coming to this nursing home to do physical therapy. I was here close to a month and fell in love with how respectfull the nurses and staff where with me .The nurses where so attentive to my needs and made sure my medications where taken on time , this nurses work really hard with smiles and positive look towards each day . Did I mention the food was so good. A big thank you to the whole physical therapy team , thank you for being patient with me and went above and beyond with my therapys. To the social workers and management team who helped me with everything , to the great doctors who make sure my health was there priority. To the Receptionist's , it was always good to talk to you guys and please keep up the good work . Raymond thank you for leading a great team .Briarcrest makes sure to take care of everyone. I got to witness the hard work the facility does to have patients live comfortable on there stay here. May you all be blessed with great things and great health . Thank you Eduardo Rossi
