The food was fresh and hot . The staff was very friendly. The price was reasonable. They have a good variety of items . The restrooms were clean and well maintained. The store was clean too . Service was quick. I liked the friendly atmosphere.They have t shirts and bar b que sauce also . I would recommend them.

Now this is what all Smithfield Chicken & BBQ should strive to be like. Friendly service, when greeting, serving & waitress will carry on a conservation with you. The one in Shallotte could take a lot of pointers from them.

I didn’t know rather to give a one star or two. The only reason for the star is the customer service was on point. But we arrived here around 1030 in the morning and my food was cold. Now don’t get me wrong I did order potato salad that supposed to come cold but not mashed. The chicken was cold and the bbq tasted like nail removal in a way. I eat at a lot of Smithfield chicken n bbq. Born and raised in Nc but this right here this morning wasn’t it. Even the SWEET TEA wasn’t sweet.

I told the person taking the order 3 separate times banana pudding and the 2 pint deal. Just to get the 2 pints with no banana pudding. Good note though is I didn't get charged so it was possible they didn't hear me. They were really nice at the window and I did have to wait a minute or 2 to get my order but as always the tenders were right on, fries were hot, stew was fresh and this is the only time out of the close to 15 times I've been at this one they didn't get everything I said. I'll take those odds🎊🎊
