Crew working just let’s people pile up before the counter. You can see the attempt to not make eye contact with people. The incompetence of the employees here when it comes to listening to the orders is at the highest point that we’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s. They acted like they couldn’t substitute Mcfrappe for a drink with a meal (understood there is an up charge) also ordered a burger without a bun. It was so complicated for the crew 2 people had to verify and then asked how to make it. Uuuhhh minus the bun genius, pretty simple. 2 double cheeseburgers morphed into 2 singles after crew taking the order repeated doubles. Listening is one of the easiest things to do but this crew seems to make it so difficult.

The lady at the drive through wasn’t patient and was very hurrying. We got what we ordered food was warm and good the guy at the window was nice and helpful.

I Ordered happy meals for my daughter & nephew. And apparently some on the line decide they didn't need any French fries. I highly recommend making sure you check your food before you leave , because I have been there on separate occasions & they get your order completely wrong.

Poor service. My car was the only vehicle in the double drivethru. After few minutes of no answer we are still waiting while 4 cars pulled in other lane received service b4 us. Backed up to get in other lane. Then that employee had unprofessional tone and demeanor. First time i have never finished my food. I was even shocked when days later my son said he wanted McDonald but not from the last McD's we went to.
