To be honest they are just ok when compared to the many cookie places around today. 4 hot cookies in a cardboard box didn't really work out well for us. They fell apart immediately. Taste was just ok and nothing special I would crave. Service was quick

This location is really small. Can only fit about 5 customers at a time. Fantastic cookies, ice cream, and brownies.

I love insomnia cookies for their taste and quality of the cookies; but, I can only give this location’s business two stars. I’ve ordered from this location three times for delivery and they’ve messed it up each time. It’s actually quite unbelievable as when I used to order from a different location I never had an issue. Twice I’ve received incorrect cookies (such as giving us chocolate chunk instead of double chocolate chunk which is just careless). We also once ordered our cookies with ice cream. We waited over an hour for our delivery. It finally arrived; however, no ice cream. We call (which takes forever by the way because of being on hold for 15-20 minutes), and they tell us someone will be back within the hour with our ice cream. We wait the hour. At this point it’s time for bed and this entire ordeal is spanning the course of three hours which is absurd. I could’ve just went out and bought ice cream myself. We never received our ice cream. Called back. Wait on hold AGAIN. Tell them we want a refund because the ice cream never came. And guess what? We never were refunded for the ice cream. I didn’t even bother calling. I’m leaving this review instead. Very delicious cookies, but just know getting what you asked for probably won’t happen so hopefully you’re not picky.
