Mall has DEFINITELY changed over the years. Alot of well known stores are gone some remain. Alot of families just walking around. Doesn't feel welcoming or friendly. Shopped and left mall. Did get my watch battery changed the guy was NOT friendly kinda rude. I will only shop and leave from now on.

It's my first time in this mall. I'm visiting from Canada and being a Filipino, shopping at Serramonte feels like I never left the motherland ❤ I heard Filipino shoppers and store staffs speaking in their native dialects, Pinoy seniors gathered together telling their everyday lives. And in the food court, there's Jollibee and another Filipino resto with Pinoys lining up for their orders!!! I'm just in awe!!!

It's okay for last minute outfits or food. Its nowhere near multicultural like it used to be. Other races walk around the mall you are definitely stared at. Most stores that were poplar are now gone. Stores got thru this shabby homeless clothes that are hella ugly and overpriced. The good ole days of being excited to go here are ALL GONE PERIOD!!! There are more stores on the outside across the way worth shopping at too. I will continue to shop out here. With all the parking spaces it's still hard to find parking. Thank God it's free to park. Weather is still decent and sunny. Save your old days mall experience youvwill need it. Oh the mall I remember when..........

Bay Area has the most boring malls among all major metropolitan areas in America. This mall is a good example: obsolete design, boring chain stores, 90s style food court..... and where’s the movie theater??

Yes, it's near the center in the food court wing. It's a kiosk rather than a full store location, but they still have a good selection.
