Terrible customer service and very disappointing overall. If it wasn't for the extreme sales prices, I would not have bought anything here. Needed a suit and found a decent one online that was available for pickup. When I stopped by i also bought a shirt - not sure why there are roped off lines to the cashier because 2 people walked directly up to a register and were helped while I stood in line. When I asked if I need to stand in the line, their only response was 'We'll be right with you'. When I went to pick up the suit at the online order counter, it was brought out and I was asked if I wanted it in a paper bag. They obviously have no clue that a suit doesn't go in a paper bag to get wrinkled, but should go in a hanging suit bag. We'll, they didn't have any. A place that sells suits doesn't have suit bags or anything else to put it in. Had to carry my suit in the drizzling weather completely uncovered.

6/12/21: Nice 🙂 sale. Clean store. Friendly staff. The men's cologne counter ladies were very busy but remained friendly & calm. They gave me free samples & a 🆓 filled travel 🧳 sized bottle of the cologne I bought. That was excellent service. 6/16/21: I like my 🆕 Champion 🏆 brand shorts 🩳 & 🔝 & my 🆕 Nike 🩳.

I would give the 2 people that helped me 5 star, perfume dept of Indian descent and infant dept i cant tell either African American or Indian descent as well they both made my experience well. They had sales the dress i bought was 1/2 off... the waiting around not even to ask if I've been helped was not right. Im not sure if they thought i wasnt buying but i know who to go too in the future... and this was in the perfume section with the other asian & filipino ladies.
